By accessing and using StockMama, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not use our services.
StockMama provides cloud-based inventory management, point-of-sale (POS), and ledger tracking software specifically tailored for businesses. We act solely as a technical service provider and aggregator for your business data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, passwords, and any API keys (such as your Paystack Secret Key). StockMama cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
This section serves as a Data Processing Agreement between you (the Merchant and Data Controller) and StockMama (the Data Processor), in compliance with the GDPR and the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
We will process customer data solely for the purpose of providing the StockMama service to you.
Storage, retrieval, and structural organization of your customers' transaction history, contact details, and debt ledgers.
You warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from your end-customers to collect their personal data and record it within StockMama.
You agree that we may use sub-processors (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) provided they meet equivalent data protection standards.
StockMama integrates with Paystack. We do not hold your funds. You agree to adhere to Paystack's Acceptable Use Policy and understand that StockMama is not responsible for settlement delays, chargebacks, or disputes.
StockMama is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding absolute uptime or accuracy of the AI Ledger Scanner. You should consistently verify AI-scanned entries against physical records.
You can terminate your account at any time via your Dashboard Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or utilize the platform for fraudulent activities.
